Shawn Wilborne, Esq., has over 10 years of business experience. He has negotiated, drafted and executed millions of dollars worth of domestic and international contracts. Shawn received his Bachelors of Science in Communication Studies from James Madison University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
Prior to starting Wilborne Consulting, Shawn worked as a Venture Consultant, Legal Fellow, and Restaurant Manager. Shawn has a passion for using cutting edge technology to achieve sustainability goals.

I received my B.S. in Communication Studies from James Madison University and earned my J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. From local restaurants to technology start-ups, I have advised businesses in a broad range of industries. My experience has given me a unique toolkit, combining both my business and legal background.
I previously worked as a Venture Consultant, Legal Fellow, Rights and Clearances Officer, and Restaurant Manager.
In my spare time, I love to hangout with family and friends, listen to podcasts and audiobooks, and exercise!
